PLANYA at Trowbridge Weavers Market April 2024
Hi, Mulk here from the PLANYA team. We attended our second Trowbridge Weavers Market on Saturday 13th April 2024. Firstly, thank you to everyone that stopped by, said hello and bought some food.
You would have been served by Lauren and Louise, I was in the back frying samosas and onion bhajis.
It really makes our day to get feedback on their meal. It brings everything full circle. We create these recipes and hope people will love them, and you did!
And after spending many hours planning, preparing and cooking, it is great to finally get out into the sunshine and do the thing: serve food.
Markets are unlike anything I’d ever experienced before, the people and the place become the centre of gravity, the shop front becomes a window onto the world and we can come together over food.

Next time, I will remember to get some images of the food hopefully we are even more organised and have things setup quicker. A BIG thank you to Lauren and Paddy for your help during the day!
